Wow, just come out of an intense period of graphic design works and can finally breathe. Lots of rival family stuff going on as we entered the count down. As ever needed to get started on the handmade Xmas Cards, and as usual again a simple idea that didnt quite translate into practice. No surprises there. Once a template had been made it was ‘just’ a matter of cutting and pasting. The scope for individualisation was limited, but, tongue in cheek, it was there in several free-hand elements. So what did we come up with?
Rushing upto international post deadlines before we could despatch our Xmas Cards the annual photo montage of our years family activities had to be prepared. No time to think, done on the fly unable to amend initial steps just had to go with it. As ever lots of images crammed in with so many nice images left out. But I met the deadline, just. This year sent out with a QR code link for an online image.
Then it was straight into a family xmas preparations with presents, tree and nine days of food to think about. Finally thoughts could turn to the annual family calendar, with birth dates and updated ages. Here are the photos we chose for our 2023 calendar.
